Second FMPD officer resigns for abusing driver’s license database

A second Fort Myers Police officer has resigned this week for abusing a law enforcement database called “D.A.V.I.D.” Investigators say Officer Ivan Moorer accessed the system to get information about Jennifer Soto’s ex-boyfriend. Soto is a lieutenant who resigned earlier this week for the same offense.
