WILL this Community BE GATED? There will be a gatehouse at the main entrance. It will have an entry system with electronically controlled barrier arms and will be staffed at some point in the future.
WILL THERE BE LAKES AND PRESERVES? Yes, there will be 105 acres of lakes and preserves
WHAT RECREATIONAL AMENITIES WILL BE OFFERED? The recreation site will be the focal point as you pass through the gatehouse and enter the community. The centerpiece of this nearly 7-acre recreation site will be the courtyard-style Clubhouse spanning 10,279 total sq. ft. WHAT ARE THE PROPERTY TAXES? Property taxes are approximately a minimum 2.2% of the total purchase price. Community is located within the Arborwood Community Development District (CDD). Taxes and assessments of the CDD will also appear on the tax bill.
WHAT ARE THE DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS? At execution of purchase contract, an initial deposit of 5% (less the reservation deposit, if any) must be made. Thirty (30) days following execution of purchase contract, buyer must deliver 10% of purchase price, less the 5% paid at time of contract execution. An additional 33% deposit, based only on the total upgrades purchased, is required at the completion of the color selection process.
